Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to stay up-to-date on its journey to you!
Please note that once our manufacturing process begins, we cannot make changes or cancel orders. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.
– For modifications: Reach out to us within 10 hours of placing your order.
– For cancellations: Notify us within 4 hours of placing your order.
After this timeframe, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations, as our production process will have already commenced. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping
YES! We ship worldwide! During the checkout process, you’ll see the shipping charges for your destination.

Please be aware that you, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipping. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and will be payable by you upon delivery.

Returns
Due to the unique, handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each piece is carefully crafted to order, and we cannot resell or repurpose returned items.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 4 hours and we’ll provide a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
We also would need a proof of the product arrived damaged.

Yes, we offer free repairs within 6 months to 1 year from the date of purchase, depending on the cause of the damage.
After the free repair time frame, we can still repair your product, but there will be a cost for the repair and shipping.
Please contact our customer service team to discuss the issue and arrange for a repair.
Our free repair policy covers defects in materials and workmanship. Damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear may not be covered.
The repair process typically takes 2 weeks from the time we receive your product.
